ONE EMPREUS MEDIA INQUIRIES & CREDENTIAL APPLICATION 

All journalists seeking credentials for One Empreus Promotion® (OE) events must complete this form to be considered for admission.


Please be aware of the below:

1. Media credentials are reserved for working members of the press ONLY. This includes editors, reporters, online bloggers (Social Media), authors, videographers and photographers.
   
   
2. Credentials will not be granted to non-editorial media professionals including publishers, general managers, account representatives, sales executives, brand executives and PR/marketing representatives, as well as anyone whose primary purpose for attending OE Events is, in our judgment, for reasons other than covering it as working news media. (For all other credentials and considerations; contact our Dir. of Events & Entertainment for more information and valid verification)
   
   
3. This form must be completed for each staffer who plans to attend from your outlet.
   
   
4. Bloggers (Social Media): Blogs must reflect current sports and/or related news. News posts must be created on a weekly or more frequent basis. Blog traffic must be consistent and will be reviewed.
   
   
5. In some cases, we may request additional verification about your past work or coverage plans.
   
   
6. A history of being registered at a previous One Empreus Promotion event including other professional events may or may not guarantee approval.
   
   
7. Please note: Media Credential personnel will be restricted to designated media areas only. Exceptions will be given on a discretionary basis if formal requested and approved in advance.

All Applications will be reviewed after submission
